This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. Management reserves the right to charge an additional $250.00 fee for any necessary cleaning procedures that must be done to remove smoke odor from the premises.
No illegal activities or substance(s)
No Fireworks
No fires unless property has a designated fire pit, use only permitted when no fire restrictions applied.

No removal of any items from the property except your personal belongings

No long distance phone calls or charges to the property’s phone
Long distance phone calls will incur a charge of $10.00 plus the cost of the call, per call.
