Come make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Step into the welcoming embrace of Cozy Baie Chalet, where a rustic stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings create a warm and inviting ambiance. Our three bedrooms are designed for your utmost comfort, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. In the quaint Town of Bouctouche  Where all your needs can be met. 

The space

- All bedrooms have comfortable beds, cozy linens, extra pillows and

blankets.

- All rooms have simple to use room darkening window blinds.

- All other windows have sun filtering blinds.

- 2 towels and 2 facecloth and 1 beach towel (summer months) per guest provided.

- Kitchen is fully equipped.

-There is a cooler and a collapsible wagon available for you to use on day trips.                          - Propane BBQ on the deck

- Screened in Gazebo..

- Outdoor fire pit.

- Driveway and front walkway are paved.

- Private 1 acre property.

- Plenty of mature evergreens surround the front and side perimetersof the property, creating a beautiful nature setting.

Beautiful property! Well maintained, very clean, quiet property close to downtown. We will definitely visit again. Love that it had complimentary coffee and miscellaneous kitchen condiments and shampoo/conditioner, all items that typically one forgets to buy.

Really cozy !

We rent this cozy baie chalet for 1 week and really appreciate this experience. The chalet was really full equip and the host was really accessible. The ocean view is beautiful, you have a fully protected gazebo (no mosquitos!!!!), fire pit with woods, hamac...

The cottage was right on the water and had a beautiful view. The deck and screenhouse was amazing! The local town of Bouctouche was only three minutes away and had a fabulous downtown. Make sure to check out the beautiful gardens to walk through and Ponzi’s Fish Restaurant. Host communicated quickly and the entire stay was incredible. Thank you!

Little piece of paradise

Beautiful property with all that you need to relax and unwind. The waterfront view is priceless and there is a great yard for our pup to play in. Amenities are close at hand in Bouctouche and other surrounding areas. Communication with the host was great. We will be back in 2025.
