Our host responded quickly to all questions and accommodated us professionally and kindly.The amenities were fantastic. The mattresses were very comfortable and our family enjoyed able to cook a home-cooked meal. I highly recommend this newly beautifully renovated apartment to all. Clean facility and spacious.
Rafael is good with communication.

Misrepresentation
When I originally made this reservation and communicated with the host it was misrepresented as being the entire house a 2 story 4 bedroom property. Upon arrival it was located in the not the safest neighborhood, and it was all downstairs in the basement with a full family living upstairs. There was constant walking and you could even see the family when arriving and departing which did not make my family feel the most comfortable. there also were no towels, rags, soap, shampoo like I’m used to with other properties on VRBO.people were right outside selling drugs. If I had of known this prior to, I would have never booked here. Overall accurate listing and more accommodations would make this property better. Also air was not controlled by you but upstairs family making it extremely cold at night.
