PLEASE NOTE: This home is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively.
MINIMUM AGE OF RENTAL: 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

You will have the entire house, garage and amenities to enjoy!
Parking: we have 1 car garage and the driveway can park 2 cars. No street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers.
Pet policy: we have a relatively strict pet policy and only accept well trained and well behaved dogs. Pet fee is $250.
Other Details:
This house grants access to Chamberland Beach and Mountain Club. During summer, there is free shuttle van service whisking you away to Chambers Landing private sandy beach/pool/tennis court. Here, you can delight in a protected swim area for little ones.
Pool opens June 17th.

In the winter months our HOA plows after 4" of snow and the roads are well maintained by the county. We do recommend our guests travel with AWD or 4WD vehicles as safety is paramount in the snowy mountains.
CANCELLATION: Please note that we adhere to Airbnb's firm cancellation policy and do not offer cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as wildfire smoke, winter storms, etc. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.
