Great place for a large group! We had two families (three generations each) and we had plenty of room. The location is great, the kids enjoyed skipping stones on the river, and we were close to many attractions. The owners were easy to reach, and they provided us with some many extras, water, snacks, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We rented the whole house while in Fairbanks. We had 7 people stay so we were able to have our own space while there! Tera had everything you could need while there: water, snacks, local coffee! We loved staying on the river and being able to sit outside in the evenings! She was very prompt at responding to any questions I had or anything we needed! I highly recommend staying!

Tera was an amazing host. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner, she was accommodating to our groups needs. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Everyone got a good nights sleep on the comfy mattresses. Thank you for the bubbly beverage and snacks. We really felt the warm welcome.

This property was great for a large group of people. It is however 3 separate units. The listing indicated there were 5 full bathrooms and 5 half baths but there were no half baths. There was adequate parking space for multiple vehicles.
