Nicely renovated end-unit townhome centrally located within the UD campus area.
Comfortable and centrally located townhome within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops on the UD Main Street corridor. Prime location within 10 to 20 minute drive of the many corporate employer centers in and around Newark DE. Some of the top healthcare facilities are within a 10-to-25-mile radius of this home.
For those that have a desire to explore, there are many bike/walking trails within the UD campus area, some of which lead into State Parks. And for those with a sense of adventure, you can visit the Lums Pond State Park that is within a 15-minute drive of the home. At Lums Pond, you can fish and/or Kayak, explore the many trails or if you are feeling a bit more adventurous, spend the day zip lining at "Go Ape" at Lums Pond.
Summer fun can be had at the beautiful Delaware beaches, which are approximately 1.5 hours away or enjoy the many museums nearby.
