There was an issue with VRBO double booking. Which caused cancellation. In addition there was a tri-annual inspection by the city jersey on 9/25. Vrbo will be removing this review. We apologize for the inconvenience. We tried to contact you with vrbo on the phone but was unable to reach you. You were prob still on your flight.

The property was lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and each had a TV. The living and kitchen area had a lovely feel, loads of room and lots of choices for seating - sofa, single chair, stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen facilities were great (rice cooker, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, large oven, large fridge/freezer and there was a washer/dryer too. It was such a lovely place to stay - really easy access into New York. We drove to Exchange Place but also walked to the local light rail station and left the car in the DEDICATED PARKING SPACE - which was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was easily available to answer questions and the place was wonderful. It took us a little while to get the hang of the entrance door code but only a few days. The whole place was wonderfully air conditioned too. If you're visiting New York or New Jersey then this is the place to stay.
