About this property
Beautiful home near Manchester and the Mountains -
Our home is located on a beautiful country road which leads through a covered bridge straight into Manchester, Vermont. It was built in 1850, but has all the modern amenities one would want in a home. We have a nice yard, and a big open concept living/dining room with a deck. There is a mudroom which leads into a large eat-in kitchen. Downstairs there is an office space, which can serve also as the 4th bedroom, and a full bathroom with laundry. Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one with a queen size bed, one with a full sized bed and one with twin beds. We also have a loft area which can be used as a craft or office space. Wifi and Fire t.v. are available.

About the host
Hosted by Beth and Jeff Barclay
We are a family of five and love living in Vermont - but have the urge to travel and explore which is why we rent out our home.
Why they chose this property
Our house is great for families or couples - it has everything you could possibly want or need. Our location is very convenient all types of outdoor activities.
What makes this property unique
Going for a walk, through the covered bridge which is 1/4 of a mile up our road, is a highlight of living in our neighborhood. Arlington and Manchester are great for restaurants and shopping. Head North up to the Green mountains where you will find great skiing, tubing, hiking and swimming. Driving in every direction you have beautiful views of the mountains. We have the Roaring Branch river close to us, as well as the Battenkill river for fishing. We are located almost exactly between Manchester and Bennington.
