Rainbow Tree Haus - Remodeled
Welcome to Rainbow Tree Haus. Nestled in a quiet area of Big Bear City with surrounding mature trees. Close to everything Big Bear has to offer. Beautifully updated modern gambrel home. Has all the things you need to enjoy the mountains.

Occupancy (6 guests, this includes children and infants) and car limit (2) are set by the city. They will enforce these. If found to have more than we are licensed for, you may be evicted with no refund. Please adhere to these limitations.
4x4, AWD, and or chains required to be carried in vehicle in winter months (Oct-Apr)
No animals of any sort. No exceptions
No bath towels to the lake
No Smoking of any sort in the home
No Parties
No Street Parking
Quiet Hours after 10p
Bright exterior lights off after 10p
No outdoor music that can be heard at property line
Upon Check Out
Wash dishes (load washer and START)
Pick up yard of trash, cigarette butts, lids ect
Leave used beds unmade
All used towels can be piled in bathroom (all linens are cleaned off site)
Close any open windows & doors.
Turn off lights
Lock up
Do not turn off heater in winter months
All trash must fit in the bins, no exception. Drop off required if the lid does not close.
Keypad code will be provided once identification is verified in person at our office 41312 Big Bear Blvd (Sun-Thu 12p-8p & Fri-Sat 12P-9p Late check ins will need to be arranged and approved day of check in.
Animals- This home does not allow any type of animal. This includes service animals and emotional support animals. The owners are extremely allergic and cannot have even hypoallergenic animals. Please do not ask as there are no exceptions to this rule. Please respect the owners and their health by selecting an animal friendly home. If you would like help seeing our animal friendly homes, send us a message, or view our available homes. Most of our homes have “Pet Friendly” in the title.
Cleaning Fee- nonnegotiable. This covers clean linens, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, basic balancing of spa chemicals, and basic care of the home. This does not cover left trash, excessive messes, cleaning dirty dishes. The home has deeper clean items that happen 2-3x a year.
Early check in- No guarantees will be made. Our office is open at 12p. Feel free to check in at that time. If the home is ready upon your arrival, we will let you have access. Do not show up to the home until given the code. This rushes the cleaners and tends to ensure something will be missed.
Late check out- No guarantees. This is based entirely on the cleaning team’s route. It is only granted night before checking out. If you’d like to guarantee checking out later, book another night. This allows you to stay a whole night or leave at any point during your reservation time. Please note, we do charge if you delay the cleaning teams by not vacating the entire property, not just the home. The cleaners will not knock to let you know they are there. Please be respectful of their time and any guest checking into the home after you.
Snow Removal- We have a snowplow on call during winter. Please be patient as they are on their own route. Our plows come out after a storm when 4+ inches fall. We do our best to shovel the entry to the home. Decks are not guaranteed to be shoveled. Shovel and a small bucket of salt is provided in the home for your convenience.
The home does have 1 camera that is checked periodically to ensure occupancy and car limits are adhered to. The cameras view the driveway and entrance to the home. They are on all the time. Do not attempt to disconnect.
No refund will be made for cancellation due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical failures, electrical failures or malfunctions with spas, TVs or other equipment, or for sighting of insects, rodents, or other animals. No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond the Homeowner’s control. Rescheduling is allowed if all roads have been closed into the area for 24 hours. Chains are often required and should always be carried. They may be needed to get in or out of Big Bear or your rental.
If all house rules are followed, then no extra charges will occur! Ultimately be respectful.
