Good Stay - Not Great
First let me say the good things:
1) Nice view
2) Great location
3) Fantastic communication with unit manager
4) Ethical assistance with price adjustment when valet changed last minute to mandatory by building management
5) Mostly clean
6) Comfy beds
7) Lady came to meet us promptly to check in and helped with bag cart. She only spoke Spanish. Not an issue for us but might be if questions.
Things we did not like:
1) (Hopefully future Guests not affected by our issue since I think we stayed in transition period) Building changing system. Our fob did not work for elevators or to get in building without security. Since we had a dog we came and went more times than normal and thus was a pain. One time they had to call unit owner before they would let us up. Just inconvenient!
2) Valet is mandatory $35 unless you take it out and then the cost resets. It was not a flat fee so we used Uber over our own car to avoid paying much more than $35/day. Plus the convenience fee and tip.
3) One of room balconies missing door handle so could not open easily and use.
4) While pretty clean unit needs paint job.
5) Ice maker frozen solid and had trouble using. Tried chipping with knife but gave up
6) Door not easy to open with key and made annoying noise.
It was a short stay and overall good, but good is just average compared to other experiences.
