It could have been cleaned a little better as far as dust. The yard was a little unkept. I don’t like to not give good reviews, we were just getting a weekend getaway for rest and relaxation so it was OK for us.

Amenities were poorly maintained. None of the lights in the bedrooms turned on with the light switch and none had light covers, backyard fence is falling down and backyard was poorly maintained, ants in bathrooms, outlets in master bath didn't work, only 4 coffee cups for a home that slept 6, only 2 trash bags for an entire week. This was not what we had expected at all. Fans were dusty as well as kitchen overhead light. Only seating for 4 at table, and again, the home sleeps 6. Master bedroom television also didn't work.
The house is lovely and in a nice neighborhood. It has a lot of potential but needs some work. Lights and window screens were being held together with tape.
We needed a place to stay while we explored the surrounding areas, and it worked for us. The place was clean and it had all that we needed to accommodate our family of 5. The location was central, but it required driving to stores, which wasn’t a problem for us.
There is no garage for parking, as it was full of furniture and extras (probably from cleaning out the house).
We noticed that a window in the master’s bedroom didn’t have a glass, just the screen, which could be a concern making it easy for people to break in.
As I mentioned, it was good for us, as we just needed a clean place where we could spend the night and cook our meals.
We don’t usually rent the same place twice because we like to explore, but if we did, we would rent it again.
