Beautiful new home in Dripping Springs in the path of the Solar Eclipse. Stroll around the quaint downtown of Dripping Springs or take a short drive to numerous wineries, breweries and distilleries many with live music. For family fun Dreamland is minutes away with mini-golf, disc golf AND pickleball! Only 40 minutes from the Austin airport.

The house is 2200 sq ft with four bedrooms. Enjoy relaxing outside on the covered deck which includes a spacious jacuzzi. Fully stocked kitchen. Dining table seats six with additional seating at the kitchen island. Wifi and bluetooth speaker available.

Bedrooms are as follows: Master with king bed, full size tub and separate shower. Two bedrooms with queen beds and shared full bathroom with shower/tub. Fourth bedroom has air mattresses if needed. There is a half bath as well.
