Our "Casa" in Naguabo is located in a peaceful, secluded and safe neighborhood. Close to main road but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of life.
Enjoy a big private pool, lush green mountain views and upgraded quarters. The house has new appliances, A/Cs, and the pool has been recently renovated. Has a solar power back up to ensure electric service.
Early check-in and/or late checkout can be offered for a fee, based on availability.
ABOUT THE SPACE:
Comfortable sleeping space for 7 guests.
The "Casa" is on the second floor of this property. You will enjoy a tall ceilings house, spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, dining room and living room with TV and 2 double reclining sofas, perfect for your movie nights. Big and beautiful pool, BBQ area and all you need for a great time with family or friends.
Laundry area. A/C in rooms and common areas.
When you rent this second floor house, the downstairs are not rented during your stay, so you will have all the amenities for your group.
The two independent apartments located on the first floor of this property open the sleeping space for up to 13 people. If you are interested in renting the whole house, contact us.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy the backyard, pool, a side bathroom, barbecue and outdoor dining area, will have parking for up to 3 cars, a laundry unit.
THINGS TO NOTE
A car is strongly recommended as Uber, taxi or public transportation is very limited- or non existent- in this area.
