This apartment is centrally located in our little town of Harrisburg which is the Gateway to the beautiful Shawnee National Forest. It is cozy and comfortable, boasting a large living room, furnished with a couch, chair, desk and streaming TV. The eat-in kitchen contains a full- size electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfy new king size bed, side tables and a dressing table.

I’m a retired teacher and presently an entrepreneur. My husband and I have a variety of rental properties plus I maintain a booth in our local antique mall.
Why they chose this property
This building is a landmark in Harrisburg. The locals know this place as Sloan Street Market. My husband and I bought the building and remodeled the lower level as an office space for his businesses. The upstairs has housed 3 apartments for a number of years.
What makes this property unique
This apartment is very comfortable and centrally located in a safe residential area.
