the house was built at the end of 1800 by the owner's grandfather, it is the simple and typical house of rural Tuscany, large and spacious rooms in a wonderful position that overlooks the valley and hills around.
The house has 4 double-bed rooms (with the possibility to add third beds) and 2 bathrooms on first floor, on ground floor there's the kitchen with fire-place, dining room and living-room.
The house is rented as a whole so there's full privacy, around the house there's the family property of more than 400 olive trees, on the south side there's the vinyard.

Großartiges Toskanahaus

Wir waren über Weihnachten/Neujahr 3 Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Großzügige Zimmer, persönlich und individuell in einfachem toskanischen Stil eingerichtet - genau nach unserem Geschmack. Es fehlt an nichts - auch die Küche ist ausreichend ausgerüstet. Aus allen Zimmern hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Ebene und die Berge des Moltalbano. Das Haus liegt totel ruhig mitten in den Olivenhainen. Von dort kann man Spaziergänge und Wanderungen unternehmen sowie auch über die nahe gelegene FiPiLi Pisa oder Florenz erreichen. Das kleine Dorf Vitolini (auch fußläufig zu erreichen) hat einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen mit selbstgekochtem Essen, Brot aus dem Holzofen bekommt in Faltognano. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub - jederzeit wieder.

Großartiges Toskanahaus

Wir waren über Weihnachten/Neujahr 3 Wochen in dem wunderbaren Haus. Alle Räume sind sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll in einfachem toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Haus atmet überall eine persönliche Note. In der Küche fehlt an nichts sodass man auch mit vielen Personen dort kochen und essen kann. Das Haus liegt wunderbar in der Landschaft und man hat aus allen Fenstern rundherum einen herrlichen Blick in die Ebene und auf die toskanischen Hügel. Draußen ist man in den Olivenhainen und kann lange wie auch kurze Spaziergänge und Wanderungen unternehmen - auch in das nahegelegen Dorf Vitolini oder in der Bar von Faltoignano. Die Vermieter sind großartig und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wer Ausflüge nach Pisa oder Florenz machen will ist durch die nahegelegene FiPiLi bei Empoli schnell am Bestimmungsort. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder.
