Perfect for solo travelers, couples exploring Tacoma, or traveling healthcare professionals. Located in quiet neighborhood close to waterfront. 0.7 miles to Ruston Waterfront, 1.7 miles to Pt Defiance Park, 0.5 miles to Central Co-Op, and 26 miles to SeaTac Airport. Well-insulated, heated, & cooled with mini-split. Electric car charging upon request for an additional charge. Sleep comfortably on a queen size Purple mattress. Extra blanket provided in closet. Relax with natural sunlight on the beautiful sunny PNW days. Pleasantly scented Aesop hand soap is provided in bathroom. In the summertime, feel free to pick fresh peaches and figs from the fruit trees.
