Kayaking, short drive to beach with free parking, enjoy the sunrise and sunsets, fish from the pier and watch oysters grow in floating cages beneath the pier. Quiet neighborhood, wetlands behind our home. Gas grills on porch, firepit in back yard and gas fireplace during the winters.

Great location! House is super clean and has all the necessities needed. Fishing off the dock, crabbing, and a view that you can’t beat of North Topsail! Would recommend.

Beautiful views of ICW

This home is beautiful. Location was perfect for us to take our boat with us. 2 boat docks at the end of private pier. We feel like locals because we grew up going to Topsail but we still rent a place every year for a big family vacation & this place was perfect!

Only regret was not staying longer!

What a wonderful home! Well stocked with anything you might need or have forgotten. Gotta love a host that pays attention to the details, the small things always stand out. Comfortable beds, great porch sitting, plenty of indoor seating. Very pet friendly. Love the boat dock with upper deck. Would definitely recommend!

Beach Stay 2024

This property is beautiful! Dennis was a responsive host and the home was clean, organized, and had everything you could want for a week at the beach. The house is even more beautiful than it looks online, pictures don’t do it justice. The property is just a short drive to the beach, which was perfect for us. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck, grilling, spending time on the dock fishing and sitting on the upper deck. Overall a great stay, thank you!

I am a Wilmington native and enjoyed growing up on the waterway at Scotts Hill in my grandmothers summer home and have always wanted to have a second home on the ICW.
Fishing rods are in the garage, as well as crab traps on the pier and numerous Kayaks are available

Why they chose this property

View the ocean from the main bedroom deck. Sundeck is on the end of the pier and two boat lifts.

What makes this property unique

Quiet neigborhood and very friendly neighbors. Large double driveway for parking. Wetlands across the street. Most all homes are on the waterway side.
