Oceanside, 3rd House From Beach, Near Shops & Attractions -First Floor, 2 Baths!

ONLY THREE HOUSES FROM THE BEACH!!!

Great location! It is designed for people that want to relax on their vacation. Been on the beach for a long time and need to go to the bathroom or grab a bite to eat? Just walk home...It's only 3 houses away! No need to schlep your beach chairs and umbrellas for multiple blocks.

Our home is a duplex with one unit on each floor. This first floor unit has a separate entrance for privacy. After only 6 steps to the first floor, everything is on the same level... 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, living room, and laundry area with washer and dryer. It also has large covered front and rear decks.

Plenty of sleeping room! All comfortable beds; no pull-out couches or bunk beds. Up to 8 guests can be accommodated. It has 1 King-size bed, 2 Queen-size beds, and 2 Twin-size beds. It also has 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, which makes it easier for everyone to get ready for dinner at the same time.
* TVs in the living room and EVERY bedroom!
* The master bedroom has a King size bed, night stands, dresser, large closet, trunk with extra blankets, a private 3/4 bath room and sliding glass doors to the backyard covered deck.
* The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, night stands, closet and sliding glass doors to the backyard deck.
* The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, night stand, small desk and closet.
* There's a full bathroom for all (plus a 3/4 bathroom in the master bedroom), each with a hair dryer. There is also an outdoor shower. Three showers in all, which makes it easier for large groups to get ready for dinner!

The front deck is covered and has a large patio set with extra chairs, an upright storage shed and a storage bin with beach toys for the kids. Sit back and watch the bicyclists ride by. You can also open the sliding glass doors from the living room for easy access to the front deck.

The eat-in kitchen has a large dining room table, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite counter top and laminate flooring. The laminate flooring extends throughout the entire house.

The living room has a couch and a love seat, each with two reclining seats. It also has a large TV. Board games, puzzles and books are provided for your enjoyment.

The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove and microwave. Coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils, flatware, glasses, cups, pots, pans, etc. are provided for your use.

4 window air conditioning units cool off the entire floor. In addition, each room has a ceiling fan.

The back yard has a covered deck, pavered patio area, dining set, chairs for lounging and a large gas grill.

*High speed internet and free WIFI are provided.
*Laundry area includes a washing machine and clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
*Hair dryers in each bathroom.
*There is also an outdoor shower and clothesline for your convenience.
*Bike rack
*FREE use of 6 beach badges for you to enjoy your stay.
*As a COVID precaution you'll need to bring your own pillows and comforters in addition to the usual towels, bed sheets and other linens. This is for YOUR safety.
*Clean house, no bedroom rugs, no moldy smell and no pets allowed.
*Bicycle path in front of house ---- No street parking allowed (less distractions to deal with)
*There are 2 private off-street parking spots for your use.

Great town, excellent restaurants and shopping! Our house is located in the quiet, southern end of Beach Haven, about a mile south of Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Bay Village and Murphy's Market. It's close to the attractions, but yet far from all the noise. And, the house is diagonally across the street from a guarded beach!

Amazing Experience

My family rented this house in August 2016. We arrived and were thrilled with our choice. Its a short walk (2 houses) from the beach entrance, quiet street in front, extremely clean and nicely decorated condo, with a front porch and roof deck and brand new outdoor grill. It was extremely enjoyable sitting on the roof for evening dinner and drinks. There was a welcome gift left for us with extremely thoughtful items included for our stay. Sal is very responsive to all questions and even provided recommendations for restaurants on the Island etc. We have 2 young children and the condo worked out great for them...very child friendly. We loved the location as it was a quiet area and very close to beach entrance, but we ended up driving to dinners and evening activities. Still very close (approx 4 min drive to supermarket, 5-6 to Fantasy Island). I preferred to be close to the beach so this worked out great for us. We had a fantastic week at the beach and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great neighborhood & attention to detail.

This is a fabulous neighborhood. Quiet & close to the beach, it is also convenient to everything you need without heading into busy areas of the island. This is an owner who knows how to present his property to renters. I can’t think of a thing that was not available for a renter’s needs. The outside areas are great: a front porch with table & chairs is ideal for morning coffee. The back porch is shaded and relaxing and adjacent to two bedrooms. The back patio gets south and west sun. It has a table and chairs and six Adirondack chairs, plus plenty of room for yoga.

A lovely property

This was such a nice vacation rental! The property is so beautiful and clean, we felt right at home. It is close to everything but quite peaceful and relaxing. Sal is great. He is very responsive and gets back to you right away. We enjoyed walking to the beach, dinning out and shopping nearby. It was great to be away from touristy areas. There's a nice used bookstore less than 5 min away. It was very hard to leave and I hope to come back soon!

We stayed here for a week, and the house was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of space, and everything was clean and comfortable. It's a super short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants and coffee shops (and thank you Sal for the recommendations!). The owner, Sal, was fantastic to work with in every way. Great Family Beach Stay!

Such a great spot for friends and family to spend a relaxing week at the beach. Casual, warm and lots of room - the house is near everything (the beach, restaurants, shops) but also has a sense of privacy and is quiet in the evenings. It was our first time on LBI and Sal was a great host providing us with the tips/tricks to navigating the island. We would definitely recommend this spot for families with kids.

This property is larger than it looks from the outside, and with two covered porches, it is the perfect beach house. There's almost always a light breeze on the front porch, and the table and chairs there make it a lovely gathering spot. The house is light and spacious, fully equipped, immaculate, and easy to be in. A half block from the dunes makes the trek to the beach and back easy. The owner is personable and helpful with an obvious pride in the house that is everywhere evident from the upgraded kitchen to the provision of beach chairs and sand toys to the large outdoor shower. We will be back.

Great spot on LBI!

We rented this property (1st floor) on short notice for the Labor Day weekend and into the next week. It is just as the photos show. The place was immaculate, kitchen well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The bedrooms are all good sizes, especially the master bedroom and the one with 2 queen beds. Location was great, and overall it was a perfect place for 5 adults and 2 small kids. Would definitely try to rent this property again the next time we decide to visit LBI.

We purchased the lower unit twelve years ago and we are thrilled to own it. We like the house and neighborhood so much that we subsequently purchased the upper unit, too! We make improvements every year and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This is a quaint, quiet, family-oriented beach town. Great location! Just a few steps to the beach and a short ride to Fantasy Island Amusement Park. This is a residential neighborhood. There are no motels or retail stores in the immediate area, so the beaches are less crowded than most other locations. Just a mile south from the center of town where all the restaurants and retail stores are located.

What makes this property unique

* Super close to the beach; third house. You can come and go as you please without schlepping your beach stuff in 100 degree heat.
* Sit back on the front porch and watch the bikers go by. Better yet, take your bike and go for a ride along the coast.
* Close to Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Bay Village.
* Close to L.E.H.Y.C. (Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club).
* Close to local stores, restaurants and attractions.
* Go fishing right on beach!
* Watch the surfers ride the waves!
