Cozy open floor concept apartment with two bedrooms, one full bath and kitchen. Private separate entrance from main house. Large backyard with woods, horses and a creek. Large master closet in main bedroom. Fully furnished with clean linen, soaps and fresh towels. Large back yard, creek, or take a selfie with a horse . 15 minutes away to the Buffalo Bills Highmark stadium, 2 minutes away from many restaurants, The Ridge restaurant, Duffs, Tim Hortons , all the fast food restaurants. 15 minutes to down town, 35 minutes to Niagara Falls, 15 minutes to The Galleria Mall, 2 minutes from Southgate Plaza.
