The 3 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a shower and bathtub. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. The house is located about 1 mile from Horseshoe Bay Resort which makes it the perfect place wedding guests or families in town to experience all of the fun the Hill Country has to offer. There is a peaceful back patio with a BBQ grill and seating to sit and watch the deer graze or golfers on Slick Rock Golf Course. The house is well stocked for cooking at home!

This house was perfect for a weekend by the lake! The home was beautiful & exceeded our expectations! The host was very responsive & helpful. There was plenty of room for our family & friends & the house was stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time & would definitely recommend!

The home was perfect for our large extended family group with 4 bedrooms and an additional queen bed in the upstairs bonus room. Our grandkids were so excited to spend the weekend in this beautiful home while we visited other family locally. The home is exactly as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood is quite beautiful right on the golf course with no concerns for safety. Graham was very responsive to address any questions or concerns. Would definitely consider booking this home again.

My husband and I own and manage our Horseshoe Bay home. My husband grew up spending time out at HSB and I have also grown to love it over the past 15 years! We purchased the home in 2022, did a complete renovation and have enjoying getting to host and welcome people in it over the past year. When we out at HSB, we enjoy riding our bikes or walking around the neighborhood, boating, running into Marble Falls for a slice of pie from the famous Bluebonnet Cafe, playing putt putt golf and watching the parrots at the HSB Resort and more recently, playing pickleball, getting some delicious bbq (Mythic BBQ) and a latte (Loma Coffee) all at Fresh Air & Food Park just a six minute drive from the house.

Why they chose this property

We love the quiet and safe feel of the neighborhood. It is a great walking neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a peaceful vibe.

What makes this property unique

We especially like sitting in the breakfast room or on the back patio watching the deer come in or the golfers playing. We also enjoy being able to host many people at one time - perfect for multiple families/friends.
