Oceanfront Family Beach House, steps from the sand!

You do not want to miss out on staying at this oceanfront house! Open floor plan with stunning beachfront views! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of comfortable seating and private patio to enjoy the breathtaking views!

1st bedroom has a trundle twin bed and queen bed. Small TV in the room. 2nd room has twin bunks and a double bed with a dresser and closet. 3rd bedroom is the master, complete with a king bed, dresser, and walk-in closet.

Beach towels and chairs available for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included (located in the garage). Property has security cameras at access points; garage, above downstairs kitchen door, top of staircase above upstairs door and above downstairs door. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

PARKING MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dishes used and put them back in the cupboards.
Please ensure all indoor and outdoor furnishings are in their original locations and bring outdoor seat cushions inside upon departure.
Please LOCK ALL DOORS and WINDOWS when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy must be disclosed at booking. If group is larger than reported, you may lose deposit and be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
House parties/events NOT permitted without prior written approval. If a party is reported, you may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
Copy of driver's license required at booking. Falsification of age will result in loss of deposit and/or having to vacate premises without a refund.

The location is perfect, far enough away from the really busy part of the beach, but within walking distance of so many places to eat and the grocery store. It was so fun to open the blinds in the am and watch everyone on the boardwalk. We would stay again in a heart beat!

This is our seventh consecutive summer enjoying this amazing oceanfront house. It has become tradition for my Arizona family to meet us Californians here in Mission Beach.
