Great little studio near all the action!

excellent location! Great little studio for a couple, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and shower was warm and good water pressure, I enjoyed a coffee on the shady garden deck in the morning. Would stay again!

Parking is an issue - far away and costly

Location is great except no parking at site - also be aware that some businesses in the area only take cash - some bring some - this unit always seemed damp even with AC and ceiling fan going all the time - northern exposure so no direct sunlight - beautiful tree out by patio but makes it very dark all day

Charming is hardly a word for this property. The only AC is a window unit is in the bathroom directly across from the toilet. The only other window in the studio is inoperative because storm windows are bolted to them which prevents the windows from opening. I ended up keeping the door to the unit open and propping open the the storm door. The unit is extremely stuffy and fresh air is the only way to get any sort of relief. The ceiling fan is filthy and the side of the bed against the wall probably hasn’t been vacuumed all season. The owners apparently live on property with their dog so I can’t imagine they are not aware of these issues. Sad that there are still slum lords taking advantage of Ptown visitors.

Uninhabitable

The door to this apartment does not lock, making the unit uninhabitable. Vacasa will not respond satisfactory to multiple requests to make the apartment usable. In addition, many details about the listing are fabricated, for example it does not have air-conditioning, and the bed is not a queen. When asked, Vacasa will falsely tell you to it does.
