ATTENTION SUNSETS SEEKERS!!! Entire private studio rental unit with keyless entry and private backyard. Close to the beach!! Great location! Less than a mile to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, also close to Wiggins Pass State Park, many grocery stores, and Mercato which is an outdoor shopping center with many restaurants, bars, and a movie theater. Free bike rental for guests staying multiple nights- message me ahead of time for details. No check out chores and the lowest fees on VRBO!
The space:
Completely private studio apartment. With private entrance, private backyard, and bikes to ride to the nearby beaches!
Free parking right outside your unit. Free bikes to ride to beaches with 24 hour notice. 20 minute relaxing walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Ride-shares always available.
Other things to note:
To be clear this is a one room small studio unit with private backyard. Also there is no heat, normally not an issue here in south Florida!

Why they chose this property

My neighborhood is called Naples Park and it has two great beaches! Vanderbilt beach is under a mile away and is one of the most popular Naples City beaches. Great for sunsets!! Wiggins Pass State Park is another great beach just a little farther (easy bike ride). This beach is more about nature and usually has less people. Also close to this great neighborhood is Mercato a huge outdoor shopping complex with bars, restaurants, Whole Foods, a movie theater, shopping, ice cream, coffee....
