Used to living in small spaces in Europe, the owners have maximized the outdoor garden. There is a newly constructed cocktail pool surrounded by freshly planted year round blooms. It includes plenty of comfortable seating with a grill to enjoy dining and entertaining with friends or loved ones.
The home has three bedrooms with a sleeper sofa suitable for children. The living room and all bedrooms feature a Smart TV.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole property and secured garage. The garage fits one vehicle. There is also safe street parking.

Our Neighborhood is one of McAllen's most desirable areas centrally located in Heart of De Palmas Historic District. Just minutes from McAllen's most popular dining destinations and shopping. In addition, you will be staying less than 10min from McAllen Airport and La Plaza Mall.
