Enjoy our comfy, remodeled ranch with a split floor plan, an open-concept living area with quick proximity to Cape May, The Wildwoods, and the Delaware Bay! Our spacious single-floor home offers sleeping for 6-8 with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 2 single cots for kids), 2 full bathrooms, a complete kitchen, and a double outdoor shower to wash off the sand and salt. We are dog-friendly (price per dog, per week) with a large yard and durable flooring throughout the house. No fenced in yard. We have bikes! And a bike/pedestrian(and dogs!) path right across the street that also leads to 2 breweries within minutes! Take advantage of the quick access to the dining and beaches of Cape May and Wildwoods as well as the convenience of the shopping and amenities of Lower Township and Rio Grande. Since purchasing our home in 2016, we have steadily been improving and upgrading our spaces. We love to have coffee with the sunrise on our front porch and toast the sunsets off our back deck in the evenings. The large kitchen island is our favorite indoor spot for gathering and preparing meals when we want to stay in and enjoy our own company. We offer an outside grill for BBQing and a propane fire pit for evening gatherings outside. Rent with us and see for yourself why our family has lived in Cape May for generations.

We are lifelong residents of Cape May. We have both recently retired from teaching here in Cape May County. My husband has been converting a school bus, so we can travel the US, while taking a little bit of "home" with us. We want to share our home and Love of Cape May.

Why they chose this property
Although our home may not be on the beach, it is close to Cape May, Wildwood and the Delaware Bay, so pick your beach. There are extensive amounts of great restaurants. We are close to a golf course. We have a bike path across the street with two breweries within a mile, and much, much more!
What makes this property unique
Private home on an acre of land. Outdoor shower. Raised vegetable boxes to help yourself to fresh veggies. Pick roses from Rose bushes. You will feel very much at home!
