Charming ranch house set on an 100+acre cattle farm. This tranquil retreat offers a perfect combination of rustic elegance and modern comforts, providing a serene getaway for those looking to unwind amidst nature's beauty. After a day of sightseeing, hiking or mountain biking or just relaxing at the house, take advantage of our dark skies and star gaze from our spacious porch.
Our lovingly maintained ranch house features three cozy bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to six guests.
 
Your Property
Step into the welcoming living room where plush seating and a flat-screen Smart TV make this the perfect spot to curl up with a book or catch up on your favorite shows.
 
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, featuring modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. For those who enjoy grilling, a gas grill is in the backyard. Enjoy your home-cooked meals in the dining area or at the picnic table on the porch.
 
One bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed. Another bedroom has a queen sized bed. An additional bedroom is furnished with two single beds; ideal for children or additional guests. Crisp linens and extra blankets are provided to ensure a restful night's sleep. There are two full bathrooms with fluffy towels and all the essentials. The bathroom on the main floor has a step in shower stall.
A spacious family/game room features a Foosball Table and desks for remote work.

Lovely, comfy home in a very peaceful area, but close to Torrey and Capitol Reef National Park. House has everything you need. Comfy beds, nice linens, large well-equipped kitchen, game room, back patio, Weber grill, and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home for a Family Vacay!

This home is spacious and equipped with everything a family needs to have an enjoyable vacation! Secluded and private location. Easy, quick access to Capitol Reef with miles of hiking trails and gorgeous views! We loved our time here and will definitely book again!

This was a great stay. After a visit to Moab, getting away from the tourist craziness was a welcome change. The house was fully equipped, clean and perfectly situated for day trips to Canyonlands and Bryce. Each evening was made complete by a visit to sunset pointe and unlimited stargazing.This place made our first trip to this area very memorable!Thanks!!

Perfect for Capitol Reef visits

Beautiful property located just :15 from the visitors center of Capitol Reef. Well stocked for all needs and lovely outdoor seating are on front porch. Would definitely recommend!!!

Unassuming Grover gem!

Wonderful home, clean, well stocked kitchen furnishings and comfortable. Great central location for Capitol Reef, Boulder, Torrey, the Burr Trail and more. Peaceful and quiet for a great rest af night after exploring. Thanks to the great hosts for excellent communication and care in furnishing this gem!
