The Space:

This five-bedroom townhouse in Indian Harbour Beach gives a large group room to spread out while staying close to the sand.



Living space

The living room stretches wide with soft sofas, two sleeper sofas, and a mounted flat-screen cable Smart TV, making it an easy spot for the group to gather after a day outside. Upstairs, a game area with Foosball gives travel companions a reason for some friendly competition. Smart TVs are found throughout the home, and complimentary wireless internet keeps everyone connected, whether you're planning tomorrow's breakfast run or just relaxing indoors. A dedicated workspace is also available if anyone needs to step away to handle a few things.



Sleeping arrangements

With 12 beds across five bedrooms, this townhouse is built for a big crew. The Master Bedroom offers a King Bed, Bedroom 2 has a King bed, Bedroom 3 combines a King Bed and Twin Bed, Bedroom 4 is set up with two Bunk Beds and a Twin Bed, and Bedroom 5 has a King Bed. Each room is furnished with coastal colors and textures that tie into the home's beach-themed decor, and two of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners, with a long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops giving the group plenty of room to cook together. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and the basics for baking and grilling, plus dishes, silverware, and wine glasses for sit-down meals or beachfront picnics packed to go.



Bathroom

With 4.5 bathrooms shared among the group, mornings stay simple. Bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and a hair dryer, and a bathtub is available for anyone who wants to unwind after a day at the beach.



Outdoor space & community

Step outside to a private patio or balcony and backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, ideal for evening meals in the coastal breeze. The Fortebello Beachside community offers an outdoor pool with loungers and a pergola and cabana area, and paths around the on-site bass fishing pond invite an easy stroll or a little fishing while others lounge nearby. This gated community sits within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean, with Millennium Beach Park and Canova Park both about a 15-minute walk away. Along the route to the sand, you'll pass a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, including Corey's Deli and Bagels for breakfast and a wide range of seafood, steak, Italian, subs, and Mexican options for lunch and dinner. Jet ski, kayak, and other boat rentals are found nearby, and a local paddle and oars park and yacht club are worth a visit. Sports fans can reach the USSSA Sports Facility in about a 25-minute drive. Grocery stores and shopping centers within walking distance round out the convenience of this Indian Harbour Beach home base.

You’ll love this location—just a 15-minute walk to Millennium Beach Park and Canova Beach Park. On the way, you’ll pass great cafés, restaurants, and local shops.



Guests also have access to the ForteBello Beachside community pool with loungers, a shaded pergola, a cabana area, and relaxing walking paths around a scenic pond.



Nearby, you can enjoy jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals, visit Paddle & Oars Park or the yacht club, and explore nearby grocery stores and shopping. Sports travelers will appreciate being only 25 minutes from the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy here—beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants are just a short drive or bike ride away. A1A provides quick access up and down the coastline, while nearby Eau Gallie Blvd connects you to Melbourne and the causeway to the mainland. Ride-share services are readily available, parking at the home is convenient, and the area is very walkable and bike-friendly for exploring locally.



Cars are not necessary in this area; however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and beach are walking distance!
