The first apartment, "Glaros Casa Verde", invites up to 4 guests in a modern setting with a private bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and expansive outdoor living areas including a lush private garden, gazebo, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ facilities. Right next to it, is the second space "Studio Verde Glaros", a stylish studio, which perfectly accommodates 3 guests with a creatively partitioned sleeping area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an inviting outdoor space for al fresco dining or serene morning breakfasts.

Our property is located a mere 22.5 km distance from the airport of Chania or 17 km from Souda bay port. There are public bus routes going to Chania every 10-20 minutes. Main bus stop is at around 100 meters from the house.

The area boasts well-known sandy beaches like Agioi Apostoloi and Chrysi Akti, perfect for sun-seekers and water enthusiasts. Explore the historic village of Galatas nearby or take a short walk to the local bus stop for easy transportation.

This dual-property setup is ideal for groups desiring both communal spaces for shared experiences and separate accommodations for privacy. Other things to note
-House provides EV charging amenity off a normal home socket. Level 2 charging of 230 volt. Please ask upon your arrival for the power strip to use so you can reach the socket from parking spot. Amenity is offered at an extra charge of 30€ per night of booking. Please inform us before booking if amenity is needed so we can send you the updated price with the EV charging cost included.

-There is one camera installed on the upper part of the building, positioned to overlook the entrance of the garden fence. One more on the side of the house facing the garden fence.

- Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1,50 per night, while from November to February, it is €0,50 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
