This was a small intimate condo. It was as described. The view was beautiful and is walking distance to the boardwalk. Good communication with host. The building itself could use some upgrades.

Great location

This was the prefect spot on the Boardwalk and ocean. It was a great for the two of us for a long weekend. The place was very nicely updated and quiet. The host was qucik to respond. We definitely recommend.

The room was fairly clean and there were plenty of towels. However, the amenities offered were definitely lacking. Every other Vrbo we have been in at the beach has offered things like beach, chairs or umbrellas. This had none of that to offer. As far as the facilities, the pools were always extremely full. The hot tubs had little kids, including some with diapers in, and there was never room to sit the one time I actually was able to sit in the hot tub. It was lukewarm at best. The facilities seemed very rundown. Sitting on our balcony it was like we were in a constant haze of smoke from people smoking weed on their balconies next to us above us or below us. all night long we heard people running up and down the hallways and slamming doors. It was hard to get a good night sleep and the sheets felt like we were sleeping on sandpaper. Overall, I would not recommend this location for the price.
