Private Basement Apartment

All amenities found as described, communication with property manager was good. Minor occasional noise from upstairs property but as this is a basement apartment that is to be expected.Fridge/freezer was in working order but small, might be a consideration for a longer stay.

Basement quarters behind home.

Overall, good experience. Leave us alone to do our thing. Nice neighborhood. Left vehicle unlocked overnight with no issues. Took garbage out regularly. Good for weekend or short stays. We stayed a month with a dorm refrigerator, too small. Two small hot plates to cook on. Purchased small grill to do some cooking. Lots of foot traffic from dogs and humans above rooms. Can hear neighbors talking in living quarters beside us. Long walk from street to behind home. However key pad entry door is nice. Overall I would recommend for short stays. 3-5 days.
