The kitchen is newly rennovated (April 2026) and features shaker cabinets, acrylic counter tops, and all new appliances. The living room has a pull-out couch that sleeps 1-2 (depending on size). Both bedrooms feature new (March and November 2025) matching beach theme bedroom suits The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed. The 262 square foot second bedroom is the size of many cabins on a cruise ship and features a. queen size bed, a set of bunk beds, and a roll-away bed if needed. Plenty of sleeping space for the kids and their friends! You'll love the convenience. Park your car outside the slider door for easy loading and unloading of luggage and groceries. Only 90 steps to the beach, 65 to the heated pool-- no waiting for elevators! Everything about this room was amazing! It was very clean and it had everything my family and I needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5, with easy pool and beach access. Quick response when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Great Location!

25 steps and you are on the beach watching the sunrise! Unit is on the first floor on the side of the bldg which allowed us to back into our parking spot and unload directly into the condo! The bldg facilities are clean (even the common laundry rooms) and the staff very friendly and helpful. Super convenient to have a pool to splash in which is less than 25 steps away! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. We felt safe. There is a surf shop called Dalia's across the street. She is amazing! Very kind. Condo owner very responsive. I spoke with him directly a few times and he was very kind. A great trip!

The place was very pretty and felt like home away from home, however it is supposed to accommodate for the 7 folks I had traveling with me. Yes there was plenty of bed space but a small couch and chair in living room just didn't cut it when everyone wanted to watch TV the dining room table only accommodates for 4 people to eat there are 2 seats at the kitchen bar but dont plan on a family dinner. The washer takes a year to wash and dryer 2 years to dry. There are not enough AC/Heater vents in the one bedroom it only has one small vent for the size of living room and kitchen combined. Pits and pans are very cheap stainless steel set that everything sticks to no matter how much oil or grease is used. There was no dish sponge dish towels or dish soap provided we bought it all along with extra trash bags and laundry detergent which we usually do anyways. There was 1 hand towel provided for kitchen and both bathrooms. You can sometimes get parking in front of patio for your condo other than that you can not. We did have fun but these are a few things that other condos have that this one did not, we did have fun and it was very convenient to beach, I also dont recommend the high priced crabby Joe's, you get more for your money at joes crab shack 6 miles north.

I'm very sorry you were not satisfied with Surfer's Paradise. I have spent a great deal of money rehabbing it, but there are some things I simply cannot fix. You are right, it is not possible to hold a large family dinner in that unit. Such meals would have to be hosted outdoors around the numerous pic nick tables by the pool. The washer and dryer were brand new in April. Newer washers and dryers just take more time. When I bought them the salesman said that taking out the clothes from the dryer and shaking them out will immediately complete the drying. I don't get how that works, but that's the way it is. This is one of the very few condos in Sunglow that even have a washer and dryer. There is a common laundry room that is also available. As for the pots and pans, they are stainless steel. I have tried teflon coating pans, but people use metal utensils that scratch, which results in rust and they have to be replaced every year. I'm trying to keep costs down so that I can provide a very reasonably priced unit. I have passed your not on to the housekeeper. There should indeed be more than 1 towel, sponge, and dish soap. I don't know why there was not. I wish you well on your future travels. Doug
