LoftStudio is located on one of Monterrey`s main avenues: Ignacio Morones Prieto.
Immediate access on the avenue, preferably in a vehicle.

Excellent option for transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation during your stay. Subject to availability, and the cost depends on the distance.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.
1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud volume is prohibited, especially after 10 pm; a fine will be applied after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access. For security and building access protocol, it is necessary to present the official identification of each guest and visitor, which must match the details provided in the Airbnb chat upon arrival at the building.
4. Parties are prohibited, and walking around outside the apartment with open alcoholic drinks is not allowed.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited; in case of stains, an additional cleaning fee or replacement charge will apply.
6. A charge will be made for towels and/or bed linens if they get stained, either by makeup or any other substance.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. If any damage to the furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the designated parking spot may be used.
10. The air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are not allowed. In the case of a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be followed.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the location indicated by the host.
GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
1. Please read the instructions in the photos of the listing.
2. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
FINES
Violating any point of the above rules may result in fines from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.
Stained sofa, rug, and/or mattress: $2,500 MXN, previously quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full item cost will be charged.
Stained linens: $800 MXN per set of sheets, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.
Damage and/or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (if not reported to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 will apply).
Damage to property: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
Lost keys and/or cards: A replacement charge of $500 MXN will apply.
The cost of one night will be charged if the guest checks out after 1 pm.
Check-in times must be respected. An additional payment of $500 will be offered to allow early check-in before 2 pm.
