The 1st guest room has a brand new queen sized bed and the other guest room has a brand new twin bed with a twin trundle bed.
The kitchen has a Keurig for single cups or a full pot. I include coffee pods and tea packets with a kettle on the stove. Full set of dishes, cutlery, glasses and serving dishes. There are also wine glasses and openers. There are some necessary spices in the cabinet. There are also skillets and pots for cooking.
All the furniture in the living room is brand new, including the comfy swivel chairs. The dining room seats 6 and can even be extended to make a larger table. The backyard is completely fenced in and gated with 2 trees that offer shade.
You'll have access to the entire house, front yard, back yard and garage.
There is a smart tv (Samsung) in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. You can log into your streaming accounts. You'll have 1000 mps internet with Direct tv streaming service for network television.
