This penthouse was awesome! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The view from our rooftop was breathy! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of parking in the lot or in the garage. We would absolutely rent from Griffin again!

We have been coming to the Rooftop Penthouse for decades and love it for many reasons. It is a private getaway for several families. It's a short walk to the beach. People at the pool are friendly. The host is very prompt to reply to your questions.

We loved this place. It’s huge which allows plenty of privacy and room for gathering. The beach was very wide and beautiful and access was quick and easy. The building and the pool area were well maintained. The location is great. We were seven minutes from Barefoot Landing and close to many, many restaurants.

Perfect vacation place. Loved the terrace with the amazing view of the beach. Could use a little updating but an amazing value. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Already booked for next year!

This was yet another trip quite familiar to myself and Friends. We had such great weather wonderful reviews.!! Sunrise, all day and sunset we enjoyed always the balcony and the with the Rooftop penthouse it is in a class all its own and it is quite an unusual unit there's only one in North Myrtle Beach

Views of the beach from the Rooftop Penthouse deck are awesome. My siblings and I thoroughly enjoyed our reunion week in this wonderfully furnished Penthouse. We really liked the location which is close to a super IGA grocery store, restaurants and shopping.Our Host, Marshall Griffin, was always very accommodating and helpful with any questions or concerns.

The rooftop penthouse experience was amazing! When the sun is out there is no better place than lounging on the rooftop balcony after golfing. The residents who live in the building were beyond nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions.

Beautiful views of the beach. Excellent set up rooftop penthouse. My only observations are it could use some interior updating and modern remodeling like walls painted, sliding doors updating,and trim fixed. Noticed shower bar was glued back on. There a lot that can be updated. Also a walk-in shower would be beneficial for more handicap accessibility. Owner was great and accessible. Had someone there the day we checked in to fix the central air that wasn’t working on one side of the pet house. Communication with him was great. I would stay there again, still a clean and excellent experience.

We loved having the entire floor to ourselves! Check-in/out was incredibly easy and we didn't have to go to a separate location to get keys/parking passes (making it so much more convenient). We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!
