Beautiful Cottage Next Door to Bozeman Hot Springs - Welcome to Wee Tiny Town!

Welcome to our beautiful cottage in Four Corners, 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, and only a 220-yard walk from your front door to the Bozeman Hot Springs Resorts front door. This brand-new build combines classic Montana design with modern comforts. Start your day relaxing on the porch and make dinner on our smoker grill at the end of a day of exploring. Enjoy nearby hiking, fishing, hot springs, and mountain adventures. Book your Montana escape and experience the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure!

The cottage exudes rustic charm paired with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch as the Montana sky stretches above or unwind in the cozy living area after a day of adventure. With easy access to a multitude of outdoor activities, from hiking trails to fishing streams and back country or resort skiing, your stay promises to be as active or relaxed as you desire.

This guest cottage is a new addition on our property, next door to our main house separated by a privacy garden wall.

Upon your arrival, you'll drive in from the main road to a parking lot in front of the cottage. We run an arborist business, and we park some of our equipment in a portion of the large front parking lot. That said, the space you'll have to park can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

You might be greeted by our dog Raven. Her bark is misleading - she's a real sweetheart and is giving you a warm welcome! If anyone in your group is uncomfortable with dogs, please let us know so we can accommodate.

We respect your privacy, and we want to prioritize your peace and quiet! If you need anything or have questions, just call or text and we'll be happy to help.

With a wraparound porch and large living spaces, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Our guest guidebook will give you all the details you'll need to take full advantage of the cottage and property, as well as suggestions for our favorite sight-seeing spots, restaurants, and adventures. You don't even have to get in the car to walk over to the Bozeman Hot Springs next door a favorite spot to relax and rejuvenate in the area. The coffee pot cafe is also a very short walk and excellent breakfast are served there.

The cottage features two main sleeping areas. The loft area upstairs and the main bedroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has its own door and closet.
There is a full bath on the main floor. The living room also has a couch that can be easily converted to a twin-sized bed. We will provide linens for it upon request.
The upstairs loft is an open floor plan, it has a full bath with two vanities a tub and shower. It features two twin trundle beds with pull-out extensions. All of the beds except for the couch have proper mattresses, including the trundle bed extensions. We can provide an air mattress if needed, any group members beyond 6 will require an additional guest added to your booking.

You have access to the full property that the cottage is situated on, including the huge backyard and greenhouse! You'll be able to drive right up to the cottage, and we are next door on a separate plot of land separated by a driveway and privacy garden fence.

We value your privacy and expect that you'll return the favor. Still, it's ok to knock on our door. We're friendly people and will definitely say hello or wave if we see you around, just treat our home and yard like you would a next-door neighbor. Our workshop is not accessible to guests.

A few accessibility notes that we'd like to point out:

- The upstairs level of the house is accessed via a spiral staircase. Most people should be able to use the staircase perfectly easily, but it might not be suitable for people with significant physical challenges. We will confirm with you before you book that you are aware of the stairs.

- We have two baby gates available to block off the top and bottom of the staircase. They are easily removed if desired, but we like to put safety first and they'll be set up upon your arrival if you will need them.

- Climbing the railings on the loft or on the staircase is strictly prohibited.

- There is a 1 3/4" rise at the threshold of both the front and side exterior doors.
