Half bath is on main floor by washer and dryer. Fullly stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Second floor has two bedrooms with a full size bathroom to share. The house is seven miles from Dahlonega square. Bear on The Square is third full weekend in April. Gold Rush Days is third full weekend in October. Square is gorgeous at Christmas. The house is 14 miles from Dawsonville premium outlet Mall. Nine wineries within 10 miles of house. Numerous wedding venues. You can contact us for distance from a wedding venue. There is also hiking, fishing, horseback riding, tubing, Red Oak Lavender farm, restaurants and Brewery nearby and so much more.
