Welcome to Stump Pass Place on Manasota Key. A perfect mix of comfort, nature and unmatched amenities. Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or a just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and making lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key, we enjoy offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and much more!

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

Lush tropical landscaping will lead you to your suite. Enter the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax in your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand. Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our custom made Shell Cleaning Station.

Bring your friends and family! There are four other individual suites on site and two other duplexes right next door "The Highview" and "The Pool House".

Our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood34223. Phone number 941-683-3743. The cost is $3 a day per person. For a pool on site see our VRBO listing numbers 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971.

Remember, bikes, kayaks, Stand up paddle boards and so much more are located on site and included with your rental! No additional fees or charges! Have fun on us!

The Location was amazing. Right next to Stump Pass.The beach toys were a bonus. And the SUP’s we took out gave us a great view of the Dolphins. We will be back, might need a bigger place the family is growing.

This was everything a couple would need and more. We stayed in suite 4 and we had plenty of space. There is also a nice back deck area that allowed us to drop our beach stuff at the end of the day and also prepare for the next day without bringing anything into the house that didn't need to come in. The fact that there is so much included puts this stay above the others we had in Florida. The simple fact that we were flying in and didn't have to worry about coolers,beach chairs or an umbrella was amazing. There were more “toys” there than we had time to use. But I think the biggest pro was the host. He was very hospitable and friendly. Definitely cared about our stay and was eager to help. The neighborhood is quiet, but plenty of things to do close by. We have already decided we will stay here again. This will be our spot on Manasota Key!

Great Place Close to Beach

Very nice rooms with plenty of amenities, including beach gear and kayaks. Close to the Stump Pass State Park which has a very nice beach and trails. Also located within walking distance to the restaurants and bars located on Englewood Beach. Owners are very responsive.

We had a wonderful week. The suite was very clean and provided easy access to Stump Pass State Park and other area beaches. We liked the laid back atmosphere of the surrounding area and will definitely consider renting here again!

Last minute spring break trip

Everything was as listed. We enjoyed our stay. If you are traveling with teenage girls do note that 1 bathroom with only 1 mirror might be tight. The property owner was great and everything was very clean and just like it was listed. Overall, we’d definitely come back!

Family Fun

Why they chose this property

After exploring Florida's Gulf coast for the perfect slice of paradise we kept coming back to the little unknown island called Manasota Key. The perfect mix of peace and quite, nature, and some fun Key West style restaurants just up the road. Anything else you need or want is just off island .

Our home sits on the southern tip of the Island and is next to Stump Pass State Park. Come smell the fresh salt air!
