"Welcome to Seacrest, your perfect destination offering a mix of thrilling adventures and serene relaxation. At the resort, you can spend your day by the poolside gazebo, enjoying a delightful dinner cooked on the charcoal barbeque grills, or playing in the white sands along the beach. A short drive can lead you to the nearby amusement park or the mini- and big-boy golf courses. Returning to your condo, unwind in the hot tub or simply relish the panoramic views from your private balcony. These experiences will surely beckon you back year after year!

This Gulf front haven provides a cozy yet spacious setting for the entire family. The balcony showcases breathtaking views of the pool area, the beach, and the extensive Emerald Coast. The kids will be delighted with their own bunk beds, complete with pocket doors for nap time privacy. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delightful meal for the family, to be enjoyed in the living area or on the balcony while embracing the stunning views and gentle ocean breezes. Additionally, the exact same unit is available right next door. The master bedroom is adorned with a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, along with a TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two more guests comfortably. You can listen to music on the stereo, watch a movie, or connect to Wi-Fi for browsing the web.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Policies:

Renters must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID at check-in. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
For monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, feel free to inquire and make Seacrest your cherished vacation destination."

We were right on the beach had a great view. The condo needed some upgrades and maintenance fixes but overall was great and clean.

Perfect location

Poole Associate was amazing. There was a constant smell, limited on certain things in the condo. Condo is dated, the furniture, rug, kitchen. I think we were expecting a nicer quality. I did not take photo, outside furniture was dirty.

Checkin was easy. I prefer going straight to the condo & check in online instead of stopping at an office to check in. Also, a keypad would be better than keeping up with a key. Needs carpet in bedroom removed or replaced and a new rug in the living room. They were both dirty looking just felt nasty. Dryer timer didn’t work- dryer ran until you manually turned it off. View was beautiful. Condo was good other than above mentioned.

Great location

Bed was comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Porch too tiny but great view. Couch is not comfortable to sit on but most sofa-beds aren’t. Rented umbrellas and chairs on the beach was very convenient.

Cute condo It needs! Black out curtains in bedroom, and newer furniture on the balconey. Mattress was good, it had every comfort of home. Parking under the building was a plus

Overall good

We enjoyed the assigned parking spot and liked the location. We did not like having actual keys for the Condo and a separate key for the pool. I would’ve much rather have had a key code for the room and then key for the pool. I can memorize a number easier than I can keep up with an actual key. The room was exactly as listed. The king bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. We did not have to use the pull out sofa but our 5 year old didn’t complain about the bunk bed so I guess it was ok. We also had a hard time getting the oven open wide enough because the door hit the cabinet and stopped it from opening. Only caused a problem while we were trying to get stuff in and out of the oven. We are already looking at booking it again next year so that should say something!

Beach condo

Unit could stand some updates and repairers. Ceiling had long cracks in it . Toaster was rusty and sticks . Electrical outlet cover on patio laying on ground . Sheets to bed very old . Two of the four Lights in bathroom out . Cushions on chairs on patio are very old . Touch upPainting in unit couldn’t hurt . Directions on how to use TV to get to Chanel’s .

Loved it!

Great location. Tile popped up and broke while we were there which was a little scary. The unit was great. The location was great. Was disappointed when I used the email provided to ask questions and was told I would have to call to get answers instead of simply answering me (simple questions like if there was a crockpot). Also, previously when visiting Gulf Shores, we were sent a code, but for this unit/company, we had to physically go check in to get a key. Much prefer contactless check in and will look for that in the future.

This is the most basic of all accommodations. The coffee pot was broken. Only 2 of the 10 outlets actually “held” the cords in them. Little frustrating.

Enjoyed our long weekend!

Overall this was a great to place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed the unit and it’s location. The bed was comfortable! The curtains in the bedroom could let less light through. Loved having and iron skillet!!! A pair of scissors would have been nice but we made due.
