The Space:
This listing includes two connecting units joined by interior doors between the living rooms:

Unit 1: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table, and a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Unit 2: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining table, and a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Each bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bathroom—3 with walk-in showers, 4 with tub/shower combos. One suite includes an ADA-compliant roll-in shower. You’ll also enjoy large smart TVs (65” in living rooms, 55” in bedrooms), stacked washers/dryers in each unit, and fully equipped kitchens for easy dining in.

Shared Amenities:
Take in skyline views from the rooftop pool and hot tub, open daily from 8 AM – 10 PM (weather permitting). Please note: the pool is not heated, and this is a non-smoking area. A designated vaping area is located on the 9th floor.

About The Eleanor:
We’re a locally owned, large-format hotel on Loyola Avenue with 31 upscale units ranging from 3–6 bedrooms. Our contactless check-in makes arrival easy, and staff are available 24/7 to assist during your stay.

While we don’t offer on-site parking, two convenient public lots are located directly below the building:

Light cleanup only: please wash used dishes and take out the trash. All linens are professionally cleaned between stays.

Your reservation is confirmed only after the Rental Agreement is signed. A link will be provided immediately upon booking.

If you break any of these strict rules, you and your party will be asked to leave without refund and additional cleaning or management fees will be charged. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our building. We have a state of the art fire alarm system that will go off for vaping or smoking of any kind. If there is evidence found of smoking in the unit, you will be charged a $400 smoking fee and asked to leave immediately without refund. Glitter found in the unit is an automatic $100 additional cleaning fee.
