Burton Place is a peaceful complex in the
heart of Auburn, offering both proximity and tranquility. The apartment comes fully equipped with a king bed, linens, towels, and household essentials. Additionally, a starter pack of toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps will be provided. Feel free to bring your own or additional supplies if you have specific preferences or plan to stay for an extended period. The apartment features new linens, updated furniture, and a communal pool. There is one Parking spot that comes with the unit that is just three steps from the front door.
*There is no washer, dryer, oven or stove available in this unit*

Pets are welcome with an $80 charge per pet, per reservation, and any pet other than a dog must be approved by the host beforehand.
Please note that there is a pool accessible by a key found by the front door of the unit. There Is only one key that has a $50 replacement if lost or not returned upon departure.

Great weekend in Auburn

This "Man Cave" one bedroom is a perfect stay for 2 people. Great location: walking distance to restaurants/stores and Publix. With 4 TVs you won't miss a minute of any game if that's your goal. Cute AU decor and comfy king bed. We stayed here for "move in" for our daughter. The property manager and owner are very attentive and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Great stay!

This was a fabulous stay! An ideal spot for a single or a party of two. The studio apartment was very clean (especially the bathroom) with a super comfortable king bed, plenty of space to spread out, a small working table, plus a small kitchenette. The location is GREAT being just two blocks up from Toomer’s Corner. So easy to walk or drive to campus. This would be a great spot for a game day weekend. You could walk everywhere! It’s amazing how well these old apartments have been renovated from back in my day when I was in college there. Emily was a great host. We highly recommend!
