Easy, simple process

Had no issues eith checking in and when we got to our room it was clean and smelled good, nice showers, and it was just as easy to check out as it was checking in, will come here again

The property was okay. I was disappointed that the listing was incorrect. I paid all fees before I arrived and was not happy that my dog incurred a separate fee I was not aware of at the time of booking. I went back through my reservation and there was nothing about the additional fee.

Only stayed one night and didn't spend much time at the property but the time I did spend there I can say that the front desk staff was welcoming. They me check in early and didnt trip on being a little behind schedule getting out at 11. Clean property. Quiet. 20 min from beach. I liked it

New year trip

This is our fourth stay at a Sonesta Facility in Laguna Hills. Reason being the proximity to family and the freeway. The pricing is reasonable, but it is a nickel and dime scenario, 10 for parking, pay for hotel breakfast and so forth! The cleanliness is marginal, rooms were adequate but there is always trash lining the hallways outside the rooms!!! The trash is not policed in a timely manner.

Horrible room

Graffiti on the bathroom mirror, stained carpet that I refused to stand on without shoes, hadn’t been dusted , grit everywhere,If it hadn’t been for our late check in we wouldn’t have stayed but we had checked in and went to room . We slept a couple hrs a left … as there were college kids drinking & puking. My husband went to speak with someone at the desk .. there was no one around. We got the heck out of there! Horrible
