Our condo offers a fully appointed kitchen, comfortable memory foam mattress, a 70' Smart TV for binging, a spacious loft, dedicated work space, and a beautiful back deck for soaking up the sun, enjoying the fall colors, or having a glass of wine! The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pots, pans, knives, wood, and plasticware should be washed by hand and left out to dry. Also, all perishable food items should be disposed of and thrown away before check out.
To ensure a great stay for all of our guests, please place the patio cushions back in the patio box and cover the furniture before you go and during inclement weather!
Parking placard and key fob are to be left on the kitchen counter at check out. Failure to return these items will result in a $150 fine
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
