Why they chose this property
I purchased this property as a getaway from Manhattan. It is only 90 minutes from down town which makes it very convenient to travel back and forth and in the summer especially you don't stay in hours of traffic . The village and the ocean are 10 minutes drive from the house. The village has great restaurants , bakery that is open until 1am and great supermarkets.
There are several farmer markets. The place is great for families that are looking for a quiet and Zen experience.

The house went through a full renovation including floors and bathrooms....The house is very charming specious and makes well lit. There are 2 master bedrooms with their own entrance and garden areas.
There is a meditation room and everything you need to relax. A huge heated swimming pool and indoor showers, and jet tub and outdoor jacuzzi. The kitchen is designed to host many guests and all the appliances are top quality. Millie dishwasher , Wolf stove. lots of land and beautiful trees all around.
