Great house…well maintained/decorated and had all supplies needed. Easy to get into town and very close to Ober mountain for skiing. Ramp to access the house was awesome as we had one person in a wheelchair. Kids (and adults) loved the games.

This was our second stay at Heiden on Echo. It is consistently a well-appointed, clean, and beautiful place to stay in the Smokies! There are plenty of games for kids and adults alike, and our granddaughters enjoyed themselves thoroughly! We loved sipping our coffee in the mornings around the fire table, and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of walking and hiking. The owners are helpful and friendly in their communication. We would highly recommend this place!

We stay in Gatlinburg every fall break for 5 years and this was far and away the cleanest house we have ever stayed at! Kudos to the owners! Hot tub was clean, kitchen was labeled, organized, and had everything needed! Would def come back! A

Memories at Echo

We had a wonderful time with Heiden on Echo. The house was beautiful and offered a relaxing stay. The host is very friendly & responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We would absolutely book again.

Best VRBO we have rented to-date. The cabin was spacious for our family of 6 and included tons of unexpected extras (coffee pods, hot cocoa, marshmallows, sugar cubes, spices, oils, walking sticks, Mario kart!! etc). The decor is super fun and beautiful. We did have a bear open our car and shut itself inside (we just opened the back door and after not finding anything, she leapt out). Owners were super responsive and helped us navigate the bear in car. I loved all the Gatlinburg app suggestions and favorites list in the Heiden on Echo book. It was so easy to cook meals and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of outdoor activities. We would definitely stay here, again!

Saw Bears Daily!

This is an awesome cabin in a perfect spot. We enjoyed a vacation with 3 families and it housed 14 people easily. The kids absolutely loved the games and the adults equally loved the porch with fire table and hot tub. The neighborhood bears have their daily route through the cabin area and the kids had a blast bear spotting each morning. The decor is very nice and the welcome gift was a really nice personal touch. We would definitely rent from Jeana again. Thanks for a great visit!

Cabin Trip 2024

The amazingness of this cabin was showcased way before we even checked-in. The host provided us with booklet of sorts about the cabin, its rules and other information. This was super efficient and it clarified literally any question we had about the cabin during the trip itself. And if we couldn't look to the booklet, the hosts themselves were very helpful and extremely nice. Now about Cabin, let me say that what it lacks in views, it more than makes for with cleanliness and amenities. The views are mid and can't see much, however I have never been to a cabin as great as this one. When we arrived, the place was so well kept, better than any 5-star hotel. It was even decorated beautifully for Christmas. The two toddlers of the groups had great fun in the play area on the second floor. Us, the elder kids and the adults truly enjoyed the immense collection of arcade games and pool. We even tried out the jacuzzi and it was a wonderful soak for the winter. We also had the pleasure of seeing a bear, up close, it had come due to the smell of food. The cabin and host had given us good instructions on how to handle such a situation and we ended up loving the bear's visit. Once again, I cannot stress enough how clean the cabin was, with little bottles of toiletries, ton of towels, and a bunch of good cutleries. If you are thinking about this cabin..Go, because I am sure you will have just of a great time as we did. I'd like thank the hosts for making our Cabin Trip 2024 memorable.
