There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. The apartment was exactly the accommodation our family required. It met all expectations, including a very important parking spot.Very clear and concise communication with owner made everything easy.
This suite was perfect for us: great location, very nice accommodations, and amazing views. There is a subway station very nearby so it is extremely easy to get around. The property manager quickly answered any questions we had. Highly recommend!
First time to Canada on the east coast, Toronto is a like a smaller, cleaner, friendlier version of NYC. The location of this condo is perfect. We used all the mass transit and was a quick walk from the door to anything you need -food/restaurants, shopping, etc. Loved the large windows and balcony which have an amazing view towards downtown and the CN Tower. We had a few hiccups with the stay, but owner was super quick to reply (within minutes for any question we had), and resolved the minor issue immediately. Definitely recommended!
