Overall, there were several issues with the apartment that I believe should be addressed. The parking area was extremely tight, making it difficult to maneuver and park comfortably. Upon entering the apartment, I was glad I had started recording with my phone because I immediately noticed several concerns. There was a stain on the carpet, and part of the kitchen cabinetry was missing. One of the kitchen electrical outlets was loose and sticking out approximately an inch from the wall, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. The living room coffee table appeared to be broken underneath, and the bottom trim on the TV looked as though it was coming loose. The living room also stayed hot for most of the day, possibly due to poor air circulation. In the bedroom with the queen bed, one of the dresser handles was missing a screw. Additionally, the balcony was covered in leaves, pine straw, and other debris, making it uninviting and unsuitable for relaxing outdoors. Another concern was the lack of communication. I sent several messages during my stay but never received a response, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the washer and dryer worked great, as did the refrigerator and microwave. I also appreciated the keyless entry system, which allowed us to access the apartment using a door code without having to carry a key. Finally, the beds were very comfortable. While there were some positive aspects to the stay, the issues detracted from the overall experience.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Stayed there for 14 days with family and we loved it. The place is a minute drive from Fort Novosel Daleville gate with lots of stores and dining options around. Host was very interactive and responded to us quickly. Place was well decorated, wifi was very fast, Tv, laundry, everything was just perfect for our comfort. Thank you again.

Nice stay

Very nice and relaxing stay. The only issue we had was with the ac system. With this being a holiday weekend it was hard to get an ac tech out but the host sent a maintenance guy out and he give it a very good afford to help us. I thank you for that and we will stay again if we get the opportunity.
