We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean and stocked with what we needed for a comfortable stay. This apartment exceeded our expectations and definitely would stay here again. The beds were comfortable and enjoyed the patio. Great experience!

This rental was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The location couldn’t have been better, right on the main strip, with coffee shops, bakeries, and great dinner spots just steps away.Erin was an exceptional host. She communicated frequently and was incredibly helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. She also provided some great recommendations for places to eat and visit, which made our trip even better.We HIGHLY recommend this rental and will definitely be staying here again!

The Lily Pad is a beautiful apartment in a great location! It was so fun to wake up and get doughnuts on Saturday morning, then go shopping in the afternoon. Lux Lily is below the apartment and they created beautiful flower arrangements for us. Also, a family favorite, LaJanitas Mexican restaurant, was just a few steps away. Erin was very responsive and has thought of everything one would need for a family friendly and comfortable stay. We plan to stay at the Lily Pad again!

We appreciated the prompt communication with the owner, the furnishings, and that the location was walkable to coffee, restaurants, and groceries. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and was comfortable!

Be ready for stairs, and the ac is on the wall in the kitchen and one in the dining room area. So the farthest room was a little warm, which we were lucky and a family member likes it that way. It’s in an amazing location and the bakery across the street it’s highly recommended. The only problem we had is the back door hinges were not screwed in so we couldn’t use the back patio, and there seems to be some kind of chewy melted snack food items stuck to the sheets in one of the beds. I got it cleaned up and it wasn’t a big deal to us as I have grandkids and messes get missed. Oh and we couldn’t figure out how to plug the drain so the kids could take baths. But loved the furniture (so comfortable) and it wasn’t such an inviting space. Very roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

Hey Kelli—we did have an incident where a guests husband pulled the back door off the hinges…we didn’t find out until the next stay. Rest assured that issue has been fixed and we are ready to welcome guests to the rooftop patio! Glad to hear you would stay again!

Perfect Storm Lake Lodging!

I stayed here for work. This apartment is adorable, super cozy, perfectly located and has everything one needs. Parking is simple and restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment are all within walking distance. I highly recommend a stay here!!

Fantastic place! Beautiful decor, clean, and exactly as listed. Would definitely stay again if in Storm Lake. Owners easy to work with and hassle free. Check out their cute shop below as well. 5 stars for sure!

The Cutest little place

Your property was perfect! We stayed there with another family. Both of us have kids that go to BVU. It was a great place to relax and so close to great little businesses.

Our stay in SL was just wonderful! My grandson didn't want to leave. The apt. was so comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

Perfect apartment for our family!

My husband and I and our two kids (5 and 8) stayed here during an Iowa road trip. The apartment was exactly as listed- clean, spacious, updated, and adorably decorated. Wonderful access to shops, food, and the lake. Erin was quickly responsive (within a few minutes) to questions during our planning stages and during our stay. Wonderful host! Highly recommend!

Location was great. The furniture in the apartment was really nice. They also had the majority of amenities and items you would need. The only drawback was that the air conditioning didn't reach any of the rooms, so they were a bit hot at night. Erin was very responsive to questions/check -in.

Convenient and Adorable

My family and I stayed in Erin’s rental for a trip to Kings Pointe and Okoboji. It was perfect! The space was clean, checkin was simple, ample electrical outlets, and space to move around. The location was great, too. The local shops and restaurants within 1-5 minutes walking distance was such an added bonus.

With the best bakery in the world, stunning sunsets on the lake, plenty of authentic amazing ethnic quisine, golf, mini golf, water parks, several amazing parks and walking trails, kayak rentals, lighthouses, bike rentals, shopping and more—we think you’ll love Storm Lake! My husband and I have 4 children (3 still at home) and we own the flower shop downstairs-so we are usually around should you need to reach us!

We LOVE this downtown location! Perfect for watching the hustle bustle from above. Walking distance to absolutely everything downtown.
