Just Do It!

This place is beautiful. It has an incredible view and a ton of privacy and an amazing pool. Bring your Deet and grab some bird seed. You will not regret it. The agent was very kind and accommodating. We thank everyone for their kindness and hope to be back soon!

Disappointed

Loved the site, hated the cockroaches! Seriously! Every evening they appeared and we had to kill several during our stay. Management sent people to spray 2x but it did not take effect u til the very last day. So gross!!!

Our team responded to your concerns during and after your stay, and we offered compensation as a gesture of goodwill. We hope this helped demonstrate our commitment to guest satisfaction. Given our location, surrounded by nature, with a large swimming pool and recent heavy rain—it’s unfortunately not always possible to keep outdoor insects at bay 100% of the time, despite ongoing pest control and maintenance efforts. That said, we take every report seriously and are always working to keep our environment as comfortable as possible. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time on the island, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless stay.
