The kitchen has everything you need including, one electric hotplate, microwave/convection oven, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, blender, under-counter refrigerator, and outdoor gas grill. The dining table seats four and the outdoor space has three club chairs, one additional chair, and a hammock. The owner lives on site but the outdoor space is separated by a fence. The house was built in 1928 and resembles a European cottage. The guesthouse was constructed in 2006 and recently remodeled in 2021. The property and grounds have been published in various magazines, featured in commercials, and have been open for public outdoor garden tours.
