Loved that there were a spa and inn walking distance from the condo. Had breakfast in their restaurant and lunch in the pub. Also, a 4 minute drive to Mohegan Sun - great Mexican restaurant there.

Great location. Cute and quiet. Had a view of the pool but wasn't open because of season. Beds were super comfy. Would stay again. Communication with the host was quick and easy! Ample parking! Could use a manual for TV, a deep clean to some vents, and a guide to the area. None of that impacted our stay.

Great Condo/Villa on the grounds of the Spa at Norwich Inn! Closest group of homes near the Inn entrance, so an easy, quick walk. the Villa's cosy back deck overlooks the pool and grounds. All in All, great value!

Our stay was great. It was cozy, but had everything we needed. We saw the pool and clubhouse, but did not have time to enjoy it. It looked refreshing. We would recommend this site if you need a place to stay. Convenient, first floor accommodations close to food, shopping, casino.

Conveniently located in a secluded area adjacent to the spa at Norwich. Very quiet and comfortable. The unit was a perfect size for two people and the little deck overlooking the pool provided nice additional outdoor space. Although there were three beds and could possibly sleep six people I think it would be a crowded space for six river edge, golf course and the casinos are minutes away.

Clean, homey, comfortable with acess to a nice outdoor pool & hottub. You can also go to the Hotel Spa on the property, for additional fees. At just 30 minutes from Mystic, its in a great location. The owner is very responsive to any questions and pleasant to deal with for questions or concerns. Altogether highly pleasant stay.

The grounds were nice and the condo as described. The host was easy to communicate with. The beds would benefit from a less plasticy (loud) mattress protectors that fit the beds better. Great location for events at Mohegan Sun.

Great place for Mohegan Sun access

The villa itself was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for an overnight stay for a concert at Mohegan Sun. We didn’t have time to use the amenities, so I cannot comment on those. Communication with the host was not what I was expecting or have had in past experiences. The host did not reach out a few days before the stay, which made me a little nervous since there were no reviews on the posting. I reached out to ask for check-in instructions, and I did receive a reply hours later, but the instructions were not super detailed or formal as I’ve experienced in the past, so it made me question if this was a scam or not. I had an additional question regarding access to the pool and hot tub, and the response was basically “you should be able to access them” with no real confirmation on where to go or what to do. In the end, the villa itself was a great place to stay for our needs, but the communication from the host could have been much better and prevented unnecessary worry on my part.

Hi Katrice, thank you for taking the time to review us!! As the property manager I generally do not respond to requests until after 9am, unless it is an emergency or time sensitive. When you reached out to me asking for check in instructions it was at 5:57am which I responded to at 9:19am. I’m sorry if my response time is not up to par with your expectations, there have not been any challenges prior to how and when I reply. My direct cell is also listed on our property so if you were in a hurry for a quicker reply that number is available to reach me, as well as for emergencies. Unfortunately, and as I explained in regards to the amenities since the grounds have undergone new changes and upgrades for the pool / hot tub, etc we were not given key fabs to disperse to our guests yet. I am sorry if this caused any confusion or inconvenience. I did state if you had any issues to contact me again, I did not hear from you so I took that as you had no issues. I do not prefer to be an overbearing host and keep contacting our guests, rather than let you enjoy your stay and you know how to find me if you need! Thank you again for your feedback!!

Very nice little place. Very convenient to be right behind the Norwich Inn, and spa, of which we enjoyed while we were there. The only comment that I have is that it said one bedroom, of which it wasn’t a true bedroom. It was actually a studio, but it was designed very nicely and it worked out.
